With a rich background in construction, Kayleigh brings a wealth of experience to her role. She spent seven years restoring historic buildings, blending modern design with traditional architecture, and gained experience at the MOD, overseeing modular construction projects and complex refurbishments.

With more than a decade of experience in the Solar PV industry, Perry has held roles as an Installer, Contracts Manager, and Designer. Leveraging his extensive background, he designs solutions that meet and exceed expectations.

After spending a decade as a fully qualified electrician, Darren has spent the last two and a half years employed on the design side in the Solar Industry. Amassing a wealth of experience, primarily in the Residential market, Darren is now eager to engage in larger commercial projects.

After studying engineering at college, Jack started working as a technical designer and estimator, where he developed advanced CAD skills. His structured and precise approach to work has allowed him to quickly flourish since joining ICB Projects where he takes ownership of Green Roof design and project estimating.

With seven years of construction knowledge and 16 years of customer service experience, Carla brings a wealth of expertise to the Projects team. Her meticulous approach to her work ensures that every detail is handled with precision and care. Carla's extensive understanding of the business, coupled with her exceptional organisational skills, makes her an invaluable asset to the company.

With an extensive 26-year background in the construction industry, Rachael brings a wealth of knowledge to her position as Contracts Coordinator at ICB Projects.
